about me
hey there, sweet friends! i’m V, and i’m so thrilled that you’ve stumbled over to my blog! i started girls support girls blog on a whim in july 2018. i wasn’t even quite sure what a blog was at the time, but i knew i needed some sort of creative outlet and decided to give blogging a try.

i’m an ISFJ-T which means i'm sensitive, perfectionist and i love helping and taking care of others. (don’t know what personality type you are? take this free online personality test to find out – it’s so fun).

i love making self-help relatable and openly share the ups and downs of my own personal life and development journey so you know you’re not alone!
i’m 22 and live in my hometown in the province of ontario, canada with my family. i’m the elder of two siblings and i have a wonderful boyfriend of 6 years.

i am a new grad respiratory therapist. most of my time is spent working, binge-watching TV shows, blogging and cooking up new recipes from pinterest. (you can find my favorites here, under the food tab)
i’d love to get to know you (i’m not just saying that – i reply to every email or message i get). send me an email at grlsspprtgirls.blog@gmail.com and say hello!

who is girls support girls for?
it's for the girl who feels like a bit of a hot mess sometimes, but is still goal-driven and ambitious. it's for the girl who works out a couple of times per week but still eats ice cream daily. it's for the uni or college student who's still trying to figure out what she wants to do once she graduated. it's for the girl who’s working a full-time job to pay the bills while starting her own business on the side. it's for the girl who likes getting dressed to the nines, but would sometimes rather stay in and binge-watch Netflix than go to that networking event. it's for the girl who's always striving to become the best version of herself, but also wants to feel comfortable in her own skin. it's for you, the girl in progress.
