i encourage you to love others. you don't need to have the same beliefs as everyone else. you don't have to agree with anything they have to say. you do, however, need to love them. smile at them. if they decide to not smile back, that's completely on them. love is such an uplifting thing and try to love as hard as you can.

i encourage you to be the best version of yourself. do what makes you happy and learn new things. face your fears and embrace your passions. indulge in your interests and live your life.

i encourage you to be happy. do whatever you want to do. eat that cheesecake with a smile on your face because sweetie you only get one life. one. you don't want to spend it being unhappy.

i encourage you to love yourself. whatever society labels as your "imperfections". you are the only you there ever will be and that's something you should be proud of. be proud of your accomplishments and strive to achieve even more. no matter what your past has been, learn from it and make positive changes for the future.
