dear all the girls reading this,

i want you to know that you are enough. you don't need to base your self-esteem and self-worth on other people's opinions of you. you are your own judge. don't let anyone tell you who you are or what you are. don't let anyone tell you that you're too skinny or too fat, because truth is, you'll never please them, so be yourself. be beautiful.

use the amazing brain you have and shock the whole world with how smart you are. show off your intelligence. don't be afraid. i know it's not normalized for girls to be confident, but be confident. when you think you look great, say it, "damn i look good." that's not arrogance, it's facts and it's confidence.

if you feel anxious or scared, that's okay too. you're allowed to show weakness and you are allowed to not be happy all the time. you are allowed to be human. you're allowed to cry. it's ok to not be ok all the time. don't change yourself for anyone, never change yourself to please anyone but yourself.

you are beautiful, and i believe in you. show everyone who you are and how strong you are. if you want to do something, go for it. work hard and prove them wrong. show everyone that you can. prove yourself that you can do anything. if you fall, get back up and try again. keep on trying. don't ever stop trying.

because after all, you're a girl. fight like a girl, because girls fight strong. think like a girl, because girls are intelligent. be a girl because, we rule.

don't let anyone or anything get in your way of being your best self.
